Extension or fit-out, the route is identical: a free site visit, a proper survey, a fixed written quote, a managed build and a signed-off handover.
Site visit
We come to you, walk the property, and listen. You get straight answers on what is feasible, what the constraints are, and roughly what it costs before anyone draws a line.
Survey and design
A measured survey, then drawings. We work with your architect if you have one, or introduce one we trust if you do not. Planning and building control are handled here.
Fixed written quote
A priced scope of works, item by item, so you can see where every pound goes. If something is excluded, the quote says so in plain terms.
The build
A named site manager, a programme you can hold us to, and a weekly progress note. Sites are kept tidy and neighbours are kept onside.
Handover and aftercare
A full walkthrough, a snag list cleared before final payment, and certificates handed over in one pack. We come back if anything settles or sticks.
