Most of our extension work is on Victorian and Edwardian terraces, 1930s semis and postwar houses, so we know where the awkward drains hide and how party wall agreements really play out. We handle the structural openings, steels and underpinning in-house, and we sequence the messy work early so your household is disrupted for weeks, not months.
Every extension is priced as a fixed, itemised scope. Glazing, floor finishes, underfloor heating and kitchen fit are all specified before we start, and any change you ask for is priced in writing before it happens. That is how the final bill stays the same as the first one.

Party wall experience
We prepare the groundwork for party wall agreements early, so notices to neighbours never become the thing that stalls the job.
Weather-tight fast
We programme the shell first: foundations, structure, roof, glazing. Once the envelope is sealed, the trades inside are not hostage to the forecast.
