New build
Building from the ground up is the purest form of what we do. No surprises hiding in old walls, just a programme, a specification and a site to run well.
We build single dwellings and small schemes of up to six units, in masonry or timber frame, for private clients and small developers. Our role usually starts before the ground is broken: we price from architects' drawings, flag the details that will cost more than they need to, and agree a specification that survives contact with the quantity surveyor.
On site, new build rewards discipline. Setting out is checked twice, structural inspections are booked ahead of need, and the programme is resequenced weekly around weather and deliveries. You see the same plan we work from, updated every week, so there is never a gap between what you think is happening and what is.

We build to the standards of the main structural warranty providers and manage their inspection stages within the programme.

Airtightness and insulation are built in at the frame stage, where they are cheap, rather than chased at the end, where they are not.
