In commercial work the deadline is the contract. A restaurant that opens two weeks late has lost two weeks of trade, so our fit-out programmes are built backwards from the day you need the keys.
We fit out offices, restaurants, cafés and retail units, working to CAT A and CAT B scopes for landlords and tenants. Night and weekend working is priced in where a building is occupied, and we coordinate directly with building management, licensing and your kit suppliers so the programme has one owner.
Commercial clients get the same fixed, itemised pricing as our residential ones, plus the paperwork the sector demands: RAMS for every trade, O&M manuals at handover, and statutory certification collated into a single pack for your landlord or insurer.

The build is sequenced backwards from your opening or lease date, with long-lead items ordered before we are on site.
Occupied-building ready
Out-of-hours working, protected access routes and daily clean-downs, so the rest of the building keeps functioning around us.
Handover pack included
O&M manuals, test certificates and as-built drawings arrive with the keys, not three months later.
